Guidelines for adding a fence to your property:
We have just added these guidelines to the website to help answer questions and assist homeowners in choosing and placing fencing on their properties. If you are interested in adding a fence to your property, please go to our FYI page and download this information (titled "Fence Policy" under information "For All Home Owners" near the top). When you are ready to add your fence, please download the A & L Request Form (available below and on the FYI page), complete it following the directions on the form, and submit it to the Board for approval.

Reminder from the Architectural Committee:
To expedite processing of requests by the Board, the Architectural Committee must receive copies of appropriate Thornbury Township permits with all application forms.
